Multi-Brand System
Design System for Scalable Products

Structured a scalable component and token system to improve clarity, consistency, and reuse across products.
Brand Overview
I worked on structuring and standardising a multi-brand design system to improve clarity, consistency, and scalability across products.
The system was previously fragmented, with inconsistencies between components, missing states and variants, and poor alignment in sizing and behaviour across platforms. This made it harder to maintain and scale across design and development.
Design Direction
The goal was to simplify the system and reduce ambiguity while keeping it scalable. I started by auditing existing components to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missing logic.
I then restructured the component architecture by standardising naming, sizing, variants, and interaction states. Each component was rebuilt with consistent behaviour and aligned more closely with development needs.
Auto layout and reusable properties were introduced to improve flexibility without losing consistency across brands and use cases.
Outcome
The result is a more structured and scalable design system that reduces friction between design and development. Components are now easier to understand, faster to implement, and simpler to reuse and extend.
